  • NASEO Request for Proposals: Online Training on Electric Regulatory Constructs and Engagement for State Energy Offices 
    NASEO has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to retain the services of a subcontractor to develop a self-paced online training program on electric regulatory constructs. This training will strengthen the capacity of State Energy Offices to meaningfully engage with utility regulatory proceedings and equip State Energy Office staff with a foundational and applied understanding of utility rate design, including cost-of-service principles, rate structures, and the policy implications of various rate design choices. Once finalized, the training will be delivered through LearnWorlds, a cloud-based learning management and course delivery platform. The training will be structured as a multi-module online course, with each module combining recorded video instruction, supporting documents, knowledge checks, and interactive elements hosted within the LearnWorlds environment.   • Missouri Department of Natural Resources Request for Proposals for Rebates Design and Implementation
    The Missouri Department of Natural Resources issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to design and implement the Home Energy Rebates Programs. Questions regarding the RFP are due by June 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET. Complete RFP responses must be submitted by July 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET.
